following statement of our independence and compliance.
The Center for Healthcare Reimbursement is a division of IQS Research
based in Louisville, KY. Both IQS Research and Center for Healthcare
Reimbursement are business entities of Innovative Quality Solutions, Inc.,
a Kentucky corporation. No part of the organization is owned, in whole or in
part, by any institution other than those listed above. The ownership of the
entire organization resides with two individuals: Shawn Herbig
and Katharina Herbig.
Furthermore, the Center works diligently to comply with all elements of
the Federal Trade Commission's regulations governing provider
participation in exchanges of price and cost information.
